The stress equation is as follows: Stress = Pressure > Resources. Stress happens when the pressure is greater than the available resources. This means that tasks will only become stressful if there are a lack of resources which may be time, knowledge, tools, or other something else. At The Ad Firm, we pride ourselves in keeping stress levels low by providing an abundance of resources and keeping a pulse on resouce management.

Client Retention

The Ad Firm boasts an average client retention rate of 85% with some clients lasting 9 years+. How do we do it? By keeping our expectations reasonable and our workproduct quality high. We are not in the game of overpromising. In fact, we do not even offer discounted rates or long term contracts! We keep our clients because we are selective in who we work with, we are transparent with our work, and we set realistic expectations before we sign a contract!

Since The Ad Firm formed in 2009, we have many key players that have been with us for the better part of a decade! The Ad Firm promotes employee longevity and growth because unlike other agencies, we pride ourselves on being a career place to work. Zero Busy Work

At The Ad Firm, we stress the importance of The Pareto Principle, or the 80/20 rule. This states that 20% of the work one does will result in 80% of the progress, while the remain 80% of work will make up the last 20% of progress. While most agencies focus on the 80% of work for “fluff” we understand that wasting time on unnecessary work results in dissatisfied clients and staff. Instead, we save time, energy, and client budget but focusing on the 20% of work that will push the needle.
